We aim to dispatch your tea within 24/48 hours. We use a range of courier depending on the size of your parcel. Although most parcels will reach you within 3 working days, please allow at least 5 working days before contacting us.

All our teas are part of the Ethical Tea Partnership which looks after the tea growers as well the envirnement.
Most of our tea are organic. Our packaging is either recyclable (totems) or compostable (pouches, tea filters and clear bags).
We have found that the best parcel paper is made of recycled maps, it is really helpful to brush up on your geography :).
